Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), MobilePay, and PayPal.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately at support@a-linecph.dk. Once shipped, we cannot change or cancel the order.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery in Denmark usually takes 2–5 business days; Europe 5–10 business days.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, we offer free domestic shipping on orders over 1000 DKK.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: Please contact us at support@a-linecph.dk for instructions. You will need to cover the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty.
Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: Yes, please return the original item first. Once received and approved, you may place a new order.
Products & Care
Q: How should I care for my scarf?
A: We recommend dry cleaning or gentle hand washing in cold water with wool detergent. Avoid wringing, and dry flat.
Q: Will the scarves pill?
A: Cashmere is a natural fiber, so some pilling may occur with wear. We recommend using a cashmere comb to remove them gently.
