Return Window

EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period by law. In addition, a-linecph offers an extended 30-day return window from the delivery date for eligible items.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

How to Start a Return

Please contact us at support@a-linecph.dk to request a return. Once approved, please ship the item back within 14 days to:

Returns without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.
