Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Denmark (Domestic)
Standard shipping: 2–5 business days.
Free shipping on orders above 1000 DKK.
Orders below 1000 DKK incur a small flat-rate shipping fee, calculated automatically at checkout.

Europe (Future Option)
Standard shipping: 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Free Returns

We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery for all orders shipped within Denmark, regardless of order amount. For details, please see our Return & Refund Policy.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control (such as weather events or strikes).
