Processing Timer

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Denmark (Domestic):
  Standard shipping: 2–5 business days.
  Free shipping on orders above 1000 DKK.
• Europe (optional – if you plan later):
  Standard shipping: 5–10 business days.
  Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control (such as weather events or strikes).
